Player Transfer Form

This form is to be used for the transfer of any player who is currently registered for another team within the Midsomer Norton Youth Football League only. If the player is registered within another league they may be added via the standard player registration form.

It is the duty of the club wishing to register the player to seek approval with the players current clubs secretary. This forms part of the 7 days notice of approach under the FA rules. The league will seek clarification of this taking place prior to any transfer being completed.

If a player is being transferred within a club then a notice of approach is not required, but this form must still be completed.

All transfers are subject to a £5 transfer admin fee.
